Coach Klopp’s Uncensored Messi Remarks
In his first press conference of Liverpool’s US tour, Jurgen Klopp did not hold back in his assessment of Lionel Messi.
He’s the best player in the world, no doubt about it, said Klopp. He’s a genius. He can do things with a football that no one else can.
Klopp: Messi is ‘unplayable’
Klopp went on to say that Messi is unplayable at times.
He’s so good that you can’t really stop him, said Klopp. You just have to hope that he doesn’t have a good day.
Klopp’s comments come after Barcelona’s 3-0 win over Liverpool in the Champions League semi-finals last season. Messi scored two goals in the match.
