## Response to the Concerned Citizens of the West End
Notification of Public Hearing and Community Meeting

The City Council has received a formal petition from the Concerned Citizens of the West End regarding their concerns about the proposed development of a new shopping complex at the intersection of Main Street and Elm Street. The Council is taking these concerns seriously and has scheduled a public hearing and community meeting to discuss the matter further.
The public hearing will be held on Thursday, May 16th, 2023, at 7:00 PM in the City Council Chambers. At the hearing, the Concerned Citizens of the West End will present their concerns and the City Council will have the opportunity to ask questions and discuss the issues raised.
Following the public hearing, the City Council will hold a community meeting to discuss the issue further with residents of the West End. The community meeting will be held on Thursday, May 16th, 2023, at 8:30 PM in the community center. At the meeting, residents will have the opportunity to express their opinions and concerns about the proposed development.
The City Council encourages all residents of the West End to attend the public hearing and community meeting. Your input is important to the Council in making a decision on the proposed development.
