Meet the Stylish Duo Behind Junior Style: Michele Solecki and Noa
Empowering Kids to Express Themselves Through Fashion
Michele Solecki and Noa are the co-founders of Junior Style, an online platform that empowers kids to explore their personal style. Their goal is to create an inclusive space where young fashion enthusiasts can feel confident, inspired, and comfortable in their own skin.
A Journey of Style and Inspiration
Michele, a former fashion stylist, became passionate about kids’ fashion after seeing how her young son loved to dress up. Inspired by this, she launched Junior Style in 2014, initially as an Instagram account showcasing her son’s outfits.
Noa, an experienced entrepreneur with a talent for connecting with kids, joined the team in 2018. Together, they have grown Junior Style into a thriving community of young style icons and their passionate parents.
The Junior Style Experience
On Junior Style’s platform, kids can share their OOTDs (outfits of the day), get inspiration from a curated gallery, and connect with other kids who share their love of fashion.
The founders believe that fashion should be accessible to everyone, regardless of age. They offer a variety of resources, including style inspiration, tips, and interviews with young fashion influencers, to help kids develop their own unique sense of style.
Empowering the Future Generation of Fashionistas
Junior Style is more than just a platform about fashion. It’s a space where kids can learn about creativity, self-expression, and body positivity.
- By showcasing diverse kids with unique styles, Junior Style helps break down stereotypes and promote inclusivity.
- Through its #proudtobeme campaign, Junior Style encourages kids to celebrate their individuality and embrace their differences.
- By providing a safe and supportive online community, Junior Style helps kids build confidence and develop a positive body image.
Inspiring the Fashion World
Junior Style’s impact goes beyond the kiddie fashion world. The co-founders have been recognized for their work in empowering young fashion enthusiasts.
In 2020, Junior Style won the ‘Kids Fashion Inspire Award’ at the Pure London trade show. Michele and Noa have also been featured in numerous publications, including Vogue, The New York Times, and The Wall Street Journal.
