The Anaheim Ducks are poised to make a big jump in the 2024-25 season with a young and talented roster. The team should be led by Trevor Zegras, who is coming off a breakout season in which he scored 23 goals and 58 assists. Zegras will be joined on the top line by Mason McTavish, who is a rising star in his own right.
The Ducks also have a strong group of defensemen, led by Cam Fowler. Fowler is a veteran presence who can quarterback the power play and play big minutes on the penalty kill. Josh Manson is another key member of the defense, and he is known for his physical play and ability to clear the puck out of the defensive zone.
In goal, John Gibson is one of the best young goaltenders in the NHL. Gibson has been a workhorse for the Ducks, and he should continue to be a key part of the team’s success.
With a strong core of young players and a veteran presence in Gibson, the Ducks are a team on the rise. The team should be competitive in the 2024-25 season and could be a playoff contender.
