Germany were comfortable winners against Denmark and deserved to progress to the quarterfinals. They were solid at the back and created a number of good chances going forward. Denmark were disappointing and never really looked like getting back into the game. Germany will now face either England or France in the quarterfinals and will be confident of their chances of reaching the semifinals.
Kind regards B. McDowell.
