After a one-year hiatus, David Malukas will make a triumphant return to the NTT IndyCar Series in 2023, taking the wheel of the No. 18 HMD Motorsports with Dale Coyne Racing car formerly driven by Felix Rosenqvist. Malukas, who impressed during his rookie season in 2021, will be eager to prove his worth once again on the unforgiving tracks of the IndyCar circuit.

In his rookie outing, Malukas showcased his raw talent and racing prowess. Despite limited testing and only a handful of oval races under his belt, he consistently performed above expectations, scoring points in 12 of the 16 races he competed in.
