England will be without George Furbank for the series finale against New Zealand after the full-back suffered an ankle injury in training.
Freddie Steward, who missed the first two Tests with a concussion, will start at full-back in Furbank’s absence.
Furbank, who has impressed in the series so far, was injured in a training session on Wednesday.
The injury is a blow to England, who have already lost Anthony Watson to a hamstring injury.
Steward’s return is a boost for England, who will be looking to avoid a series whitewash against New Zealand.
The 21-year-old has been in excellent form for Leicester Tigers this season and is one of the most exciting young players in English rugby.
England will also be without Manu Tuilagi for the third Test. The centre has been ruled out with a knee injury.
Despite the injuries, England will be confident of putting in a strong performance against New Zealand.
The team has shown great resilience in the series so far and will be determined to end on a high.
Kick-off for the third Test is at 8am BST on Saturday.
