England have named a 13-man squad for the third and final Test match against the West Indies at Edgbaston, starting on Thursday, June 29.
The squad sees the return of wicketkeeper Ben Foakes, who missed the second Test at Emirates Old Trafford with a stiff back.
There is also a recall for all-rounder Ben Stokes, who has recovered from a side strain which ruled him out of the previous match.
Jos Buttler will continue to lead the side in the absence of regular captain Joe Root, who is taking a break from cricket.
England squad for third Test against West Indies:
The third Test match will be crucial for both teams, with the series currently level at 1-1.
England will be looking to secure a victory and win the series, while the West Indies will be hoping to repeat their heroics from the first Test at the Sir Vivian Richards Stadium in Antigua, where they pulled off a stunning victory.
The match will be played behind closed doors due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic.
Kind regards B. Petersen.
