What is the Plank Challenge?
The Plank Challenge is a 30-day fitness challenge created by fitness expert Gabi Fastner. The challenge requires participants to hold the plank exercise for 30 seconds to 4 minutes daily.

How to do the Plank Challenge
1. Start in a plank position with your elbows directly under your shoulders and your body in a straight line from head to heels.

3. Rest for 30 seconds to 1 minute between each hold.
4. Repeat for 10-15 repetitions.
5. Gradually increase the hold time and repetitions as you progress.
Tips for the Plank Challenge
* Engage your core by drawing your belly button towards your spine.
* Keep your back flat and your hips in line with your shoulders.
* Breathe deeply throughout the exercise.
* If you can’t hold the plank for the full time, break it into shorter intervals.
* Listen to your body and take breaks when needed.
