Six-Pack Exercises

1. Bicycle Crunch
- Lie face up with your hands behind your head, crunch your torso up, and bring your right elbow to your left knee while simultaneously extending your right leg out straight.
- Return to starting position then repeat on the other side.
2. Crunches
- Lie flat on your back with your knees bent and feet flat on the floor, crunch up until your shoulder blades come off the ground.
- Lower back down slowly, keeping your abs engaged throughout the movement.
3. Oblique Crunches
- Lie flat on your back with your knees bent and feet flat on the floor, twist your torso to the right bringing your left elbow to your right knee.
- Return to starting position then repeat on the other side.
4. Russian Twists
- Sit on the floor with your knees bent and feet off the ground, lean back slightly and extend your arms out in front of you.
- Twist your torso to the right then to the left, keeping your abs tight.
5. Leg Raises
- Lie flat on your back with your hands under your buttocks, extend your legs straight up towards the ceiling.
- Slowly lower your legs back down to the ground, keeping them straight.
6. Plank
- Start in a push-up position with your elbows directly under your shoulders, hold this position as long as possible.
- Keep your body in a straight line from head to heels, engaging your core throughout the hold.
